He has acted as Construction, Project & Site Manager on many end to end build processes both in Australia and NZ.
Tony excels in delivering to clients / stakeholders the results they require, on time and on budget. With exceptional communication skills, his ability to ensure the client, stakeholders, consultants, sub-contractors and field staff perform as a team to deliver the best possible project outcome.
Projects with Tony's involvement invariably reflect his attention to detail, finish and functionality. He has extensive construction experience in high end residential, leisure and hospitality, commercial and industrial facilities, office and retail fit out, commercial kitchens, educational facilities, aged care and retirement living.
Having considerable experience as a qualified carpenter equips for practical innovative problem solving.
Tony develops effective work teams through his ability to communicate easily with a wide variety of people and articulate a vision of where the team should be heading.
