Zion's Principal, Tony Jefferson, had the privilege of personally designing and building this stunning iconic Mediterranean style home. The key design brief was to have the indoor heated pool as a central focal point for all year round entrainment, this is certainly evident the moment you walk into the stunning entrance.

 

Tony says he personally put an extensive mount of hours into both the Carpentry and Cabinet Making.

We even had the pleasure and satisfaction of transplanting the 14 mature age  'Phoenix Palm' trees from the clients existing property - the palms weighed around 9 tonne each.
