Experience has proved that strong team welfare comes in many forms, from how we treat and respect those around us right through to critical subjects like WHS (workplace health safety) that requires daily planning / consideration and execution to ensure every team member is playing their part to keep  team mates safe.

 

At Zion Projects Group we are committed to ensuring the overall wellbeing of all team members. Accidents can be reduced through greater awareness, instruction and supervision and by the full encouragement and co-operation of everyone working together as one team.

Zion Projects Group seeks to eliminate exposure to risk and injury, and to provide adequate procedures and systems of work, which create and maintain a safe working environment. This includes the implementation of accident prevention programs, and the provision of PPE personal protective equipment.

Safety is the responsibility of all the team. Everyone within our team must strictly follow safe working practices and procedures, as well as adhering to any safety policies and rules of our team.

 

Every team member has a responsibility to themselves, their fellow teammates and the Company to do their utmost in preventing accidents and developing and maintaining a co-operative spirit of player welfare.
